The names of the 30,007 successful takers of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last March 2015 were released today, May 23, by the Professional Regulation Commission and the Board for Professional Teachers.
27.42 percent or 12, 103 out of the 44,144 applicants passed the LET of elementary education; 31.63 percent or 17,904 out of 56,596 examinees for the L.E.T. of secondary education.
Of the 12,103 elementary teacher passers, 5,607 are first timers. For the secondary teachers, on the other hand, 11,770 passers are first timers.
